Description
Stainless steel features a highly stable surface due to its strong oxide film. Historically, this film was challenging to treat. Furthermore, gold plating on stainless steel required a nickel underlayer, which could cause metal allergies upon skin contact. To resolve this, Mitsuya introduced a direct gold plating technology for stainless steel, avoiding the use of nickel and preventing allergic reactions.
